Design Operational Risk Management Models using:
- Standardized Approach: based on annual revenue/budget of each line of business/department
- Basic Indicator Approach: based on annual revenue/budget
- Advanced Measurement Approach (AMA): based on the internally developed risk measurement framework adhering to the standards prescribed (methods include IMA, LDA, Scenario-based, Scorecard, etc.)
- Develop internal empirical models to estimate the PD (Probability of Default) for individual clients or groups of clients;
- Assist risk management leadership teams with the design of quantitative models to estimate PD (Probability of Default), EAD (Exposure at Default), LGD (Loss Given Default) and other parameters required for calculating the RWA (Risk Weighted Asset);
- Develop analytic VaR (Value at Risk) models.
